System Admin (Labor Systems)

Job Description

We are hiring a System Analyst/Admin to start immediately for a well known restaurant chain.

  • This is a 4 days a week on site position, 1 day remote in Rosemead, CA
  • 6+ months contract position with possibility to go Contract to Hire but depends on their headcount availabilities
  • Hourly Rate is up to 45/hour on W2
  • You will be responsible for assisting in the implementation and administration of the Labor systems so you will need to have hands on experience with supporting labor systems, they are using LabroPro and Legion, Prior experience with those specific products is a very nice, but not mandatory as long as you have experience with some other labor system
  • We are looking for someone with 2 to 3 years of experience

LaborPro is a cloud-based software. It is used by retail, grocery, and manufacturing industries to develop, manage, and optimize complex labor models. The system helps businesses calculate exactly how much time employees need to complete specific tasks, or how much headcount is needing for a workgroup etc.

In regards to the company's labor management systems, including Legion for time management and clock-in/clock-out functionality, and LaborPro for modeling labor deployment across restaurants. While having experience with both systems would be ideal, even basic labor system experience from a junior administrator would be acceptable, as long as the candidate demonstrates enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Labor Model Configuration: Building and adjusting complex, dynamic labor models tailored to specific operational environments (e.g., retail, distribution, manufacturing).
  • System Administration: Overseeing the day-to-day health of the application, managing user access, and configuring location profiles and engineered labor standards.
  • Data Integration: Ensuring seamless data flow between LaborPro, ERP systems (like Workday), and time-keeping or scheduling platforms (like Legion).
  • Troubleshooting: Investigating system bugs, monitoring integration errors, and resolving discrepancies in labor data and reporting.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Tracking system usage and performance metrics to generate reports that identify inefficiencies and labor bottlenecks.
  • User Support & Training: Creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training field and corporate staff on how to properly use and adopt the system
